Facilities

The workshops in the Design and Technology department allow students to work freely with various materials. The workshops are the central spaces for project work:

• facility
• studio
• computer room
• photographic equipment

In addition to the workshops in the department, the workshops at the University of Art and Design Linz are used for specific courses and project implementation:

• wood facility
• metal facility
• ceramics facility
• sewing studio
• screen and digital printing studios
• weaving & dyeing studio
• paper-latex studio

Requirements
An introduction and instruction on the individual machines are required to use the workshop. Introduction dates can be found in the timetable (GTT 1st year)
The instruction takes place in the course of lectures.
