With 1,400 students from 60 countries, the University of Arts Linz is an internationally active educational institution with a state-of-the-art spatial infrastructure. It operates in the dynamic field of tension between free, artistic and applied, business-oriented design as well as science and art. The focus is on interactivity, digitalisation, sustainability and interdisciplinary, practice-oriented work.
The courses offered at the four institutes - Institute of Fine Arts and Cultural Studies, Institute of Art and Education, Institute of Media and Institute of Space and Design - comprise 12 Bachelor's programmes, 14 Master's programmes, 1 diploma programme and one PhD programme.
